A course in soup making

supaIn this course we learn to choose ingredients according to well balanced diet and nutrition, and students learn to make healthy and gratifying soups without all undesirable extras and excipents.  Two or three different soups will be cooked and small steps taken in preparation and cooking.  More recipes will we introduced and soups from various places of the world. Students are urged to develop and make their own recipes according to what is available in their refridgerator and be corageous and creative in making food.
